35g hazelnuts
35g walnuts
120g dates
2 tbsp crunch peanut butter
1tbsp honey or agave syrup
1 tbsp plain Sylliflor
1-2 tbsp cacoa
1-2 tbsp water
Dark chocolate chips
Desiccated coconut
Blitz in a blender and then gently roll into small balls. Leave them to set in the fridge for thirty minutes.
Place in the fridge and chill. Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle across and top with some desiccated coconut <3
Enjoy and try not to eat them all at once!

It's hard to believe that we've been in and out of lockdown, social distancing and wearing masks for almost two years now. Everything finally seems to be returning to normal. Thank God, right!?!
