I have a lactose allergy so I have had numerous occasions where I have experienced awful tummy pain bloating etc This has totally eased it if I ever have a flare up ! Really enjoying the chocolate flavour, it's so easy to add to yoghurt and really helps me with my gut health. A lovely addition to food to help me keep fuller for longer. I've used the unflavored one for sprinkling on top of eggs and soups
