Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks – frozen
  • 2 bananas - 1 ripe, 1 frozen
  • ½ cup milk (I use Oat)
  • Sliced frozen banana
  • ColoDan Colostrum 10g

  • Flaxseeds (2 heaped teaspoons)

  • Sylliflor Cacao 6g

  • Toasted Coconut Flakes
Blend everything

- except the frozen banana and the coconut flakes - these go great on top!
