What you'll need:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks – frozen
2 bananas - 1 ripe, 1 frozen
½ cup milk (I use Oat)
Sliced frozen banana
ColoDan Colostrum 10g
Flaxseeds (2 heaped teaspoons)
Sylliflor Cacao 6g
- Toasted Coconut Flakes
- except the frozen banana and the coconut flakes - these go great on top!
